В японии, в частности на аукционе яху увидел в продаже вот такой Литий-ионный супер-пупер аккум. цена в районе 80$ без торга. есть индикатор заряда, совместимость YTX5L-BS. Производство насколько понял США
На скутер в качестве стартёрного не имеет смысла устанавливать, тем более по такой цене. Качественный свинцово-кислотный аккумулятор прослужит 5 лет, а стоить он будет в 3 раза меньше, в итоге хватит на 15 лет. Литий-ионный столько не прослужит. Срок службы у него начинается со дня выпуска не зависимо от работы.

но в описании говорится ровно на оборот, 150-300 циклов у свинцово-кислотных против 2000 литье-йоных. Может это всего лишь, рекламный трюк производителя. Ниже, полностью описание на английском:
